غيور

غَيُور \ jealous: carefully gaurding one’s own things (esp. one’s wife or husband) because one does not trust other people: He’s jealous husband. He’s jealous of his rights. \ غَيُور على المَصْلحَة العامّة \ public-spirited: ready to do useful things for one’s fellow citizens without payment.
